Primocin®-為原代細胞培養量身定做的抗微生物劑
原代細胞培養中存在多種常見的微生物污染來源,尤其是在從動物和人體組織中分離原代細胞時,極易被所分離的宿主與環境中的微生物污染,包括共生菌群及亞臨床感染。

Primocin™含有四種化合物,其中三種可阻止革蘭氏陽性細菌、革蘭氏陰性細菌和支原體的DNA和蛋白質合成。第四種化合物可通過破壞細胞膜的離子交換來根-除真菌,包括酵母。
